CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 Market Day chicken steaks
1 can Del Monte Italian-Style stewed tomatoes
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
Parmesan cheese
Non-stick cooking spray

Spray oven-proof casserole lightly with cooking spray. Bake chicken covered at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, drain. Combine tomatoes, cornstarch and herbs in a saucepan, cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened. Pour heated sauce over chicken, top with Parmesan cheese. Bake another 10 minutes, uncovered. 4 servings.
