MOCK CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. pork, browned 1/2 lb. veal, browned 2 c. chopped celery 1 c. onions, cut fine 1 sm. can mushrooms (optional) 4 c. hot water 1 tsp. salt 1 c. raw rice 3 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce Mix together in a casserole and bake 15 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees. Then stir, cover and bake 35 minutes. Stir again, and if more water is needed, add some. Pour over the top 1 can cream of mushroom soup and bake for 10 minutes longer or until rice is tender. |
