SUGAR TOP COFFEE CAKE 
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 to 3 tbsp. butter, melted

Beat eggs until frothy, add sugar and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Cream until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and vanilla, blend well. Pour into greased 8-inch pan. Mix brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon and remaining melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until tests done. Serve warm.
