RHUBARB BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mace
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat together brown sugar, salad oil and eggs. Add soda to sour milk. Then add salt, mace, flour, vanilla, rhubarb and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. top with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon butter. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
