CRAZY-LASAGNA CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 c. water
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) Farmer style cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Brown beef. Drain. Add seasoned salt, spaghetti sauce mix, tomato paste, tomato sauce and water; stir well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In shallow 2 quart baking dish layer half of macaroni, cottage cheese and meat sauce. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Repeat layers; top with remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
