3 oz. corned beef, thinly sliced 4 oz. sauerkraut, well drained 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese Thousand Island dressing Pringle's ripple style potato chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut each slice of corned beef into 3 equal pieces. Place one slice, folded, on chip. Top corned beef with 1/2 teaspoon of drained sauerkraut, 1/2 teaspoon shredded Swiss cheese and a dab of Thousand Island dressing. Bake in 350 degree oven for 3-4 minutes, or until cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately while hot. |
