RICE PILAF 
1 1/2 c. white rice
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
1/2 tsp. salt

In 10 skillet cook rice and onion in butter until rice is golden. Stir frequently. Add chicken broth, water, salt. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
