ARMENIAN RICE PILAF 
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. fine egg noodles
1 c. rice
2 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube

Melt butter in saucepan. Add noodles and brown. Add rice, salt and pepper, bouillon cube and water. Bring to boil, then simmer, covered, 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
