RICE PILAF | |
1 stick butter Minced garlic 1 c. rice 2 c. hot water Chicken bouillon 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese Melt butter in frying pan with garlic to taste. Add rice and fry until white. Put rice, water and bouillon into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until water is all absorbed. Before serving, stir in cheese. |
