FLOWER POT DIRT MOUSSE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 cube butter
2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. cold milk
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Oreos

In a small bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter and mix thoroughly. In a large mixing bowl, make pudding using the instant chocolate pudding and milk. Mix cream cheese mixture into pudding mixture and blend well. Fold in Cool Whip.

Crush the Oreos and put a small layer of crushed Oreos on the bottom of a clean out (and/or lined with foil or plastic wrap) flower pot. Top Oreos with all of mousse mixture. Top off with rest of Oreos. Insert a large stalk of silk flowers and serve chilled. Serves 15-20 small servings. Very rich.
