1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Crush Oreos finely (works best with blender or food processor). Set aside. Cream together milk, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Slowly add pudding mix. Mix well. Add Cool Whip slowly.

In flower pot - layer first cookie crumbs and then pudding mixture. Continue layering until both crumbs and mixture are used, ending with a layer of crumbs. Decorate flower pot with silk flowers and gummy bear worms.
