COCONUT CAKE - THAI STYLE | |
1 box Mochiko sweet rice flour 3 c. water 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 (14 oz.) pkg. sweetened coconut flakes Combine the first 3 ingredients and blend well. Add coconut flakes and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. (Sweet rice flour can be purchased at ethnic grocery store.) |
