POTAGE D'ABRICOTINE OR PEACH 
5 ripe apricots or peaches
1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. milk (lowfat is ok)
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1 tbsp. honey
Sprig of mint or thin slice of orange
2 tbsp. grand mariner

Put orange juice in blender, add pieces of fruit and puree. Add honey, milk and yogurt. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving add brandy and garnish. Serves 3 to 4.
