CHICKEN OR TURKEY PIZZA 
CRUST:

3/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
2 1/2 c. Bisquick

CHICKEN MIX:

2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cut up

Mix water and yeast, then add Bisquick. Mix and knead on floured board 15-20 minutes. Roll out and put on 11x15 inch cookie sheet. Spread mix on top of crust. Top with grated Mozzarella cheese and broccoli that has been blanched 2- 3 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until crust is brown.
