BANANA SPLIT CHEESECAKE BARS 
14 whole graham crackers, crushed (about 2 c.)
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 c. banana, mashed
1 c. fresh strawberries, halved
1 banana
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
chopped nuts (for garnish)
melted semi-sweet chocolate (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 9 x 13-inch baking pan with foil. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar together. Press into bottom of baking pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in mashed banana. Pour into crust.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with strawberries, banana and pineapple. Sprinkle with nuts. Drizzle with semi-sweet baking chocolate. Cut into bars. Keep refrigerated.
