TURKEY DELIGHT 
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. cooked turkey, chopped
2 c. French-style green beans
1 c. water chestnuts

Combine rice, soup, onion, pimento and mayonnaise in 2 quart casserole; mix well. Add turkey, green beans, water chestnuts and salt and pepper to taste. Mix lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. 8 servings.
