1 head lettuce, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
2 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/3 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. white sugar

Place in a large bowl in order given. Cover tightly. Let sit overnight, or several hours. Toss before serving.
