CHEESE PIE 
6 oz. butter
1 1/2 c. bread flour (Pillsbury's)
3 tbsp. water
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 c. cream or milk
1 tbsp. bread flour (Pillsbury's)
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
6 oz. smoked ham in cubes
Salt
Garlic powder

Mix butter and bread flour together with a pastry blender. Add water and shredded cheese. Press toward center of pan with finger tips. Bake dough about 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

TOPPING:

Mix all ingredients of the filling together and pour filling into pastry. Bake pie 15-20 minutes more or until filling has got beautiful color. To cheese filling can be used also shrimps, clams, smoked fish, asparagus or green or red peppers instead of smoked ham.
