BEEF MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Salt to taste
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 lb. pkg. macaroni
1/4 lb. sliced cheese

Brown the ground beef. Add the onion and salt and cook for several minutes longer or until onion is partially transparent. Add undiluted soups. Cook the macaroni in boiling, salted water until tender; drain.

Add to the beef mixture and mix well. Place in a casserole; top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
