GERMAN POT ROAST | |
2 1/2 lb. ground beef 2 lg. cans whole tomatoes 1 sm. onion, diced Salt Pepper Garlic salt Put both cans of tomatoes in separate bowl and mash with potato masher. Put ground beef in small roasting pan. Add tomatoes with juice to beef cubes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve over mashed potatoes. |
