SOFT YEAST ROLLS 
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. lukewarm milk (not hot)
2 tbsp. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
Flour to mix

Mix yeast, sugar, salt, oil and milk. Wait 5 minutes. Add flour until you get a soft dough. Grease bowl and let dough rise for 1 hour. Knead for about 2 minutes and shape. Bake in a 400 degree oven until brown on top. May brush tops with melted butter if desired.
