PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin (1 sm. can)
4 eggs
1 c. Wesson oil

Mix all ingredients except flour. After well blended, gradually add flour. Mix until smooth. Spread in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
