2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
3 to 4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 1/2 to 3 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

Boil sugar, milk, butter and cocoa for 1 minute (after reaching full boiling point). Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oatmeal, vanilla and nuts. Mix well and pour into 9 x 9 inch pan. Cool and serve.
