1 1/2 to 2 lbs. chuck steak, cut into serving pieces
3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On foil or in oven bag, arrange the potatoes, then the meat. Sprinkle with soup mix. Wrap loosely in foil sealing edges airtight with double fold or seal oven bag as directed. Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
