COLESLAW 
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded

DRESSING:

2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed

Mix cabbage and carrots together. Mix the dressing separately and add to the vegetables just before serving.
