CORN PUDDING 
1 (#2) can crushed corn
1 c. bread crumbs
3 c. scalded milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a quart size baking dish. Set in pan of water, 1 inch deep. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes clean.
