FOUR HOUR BEEF STEW 
Top round steak (desired amount)
Potatoes, peeled and chopped
carrots, chopped
celery, chopped
onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca
pepper (to taste)
V-8 Juice

Trim fat away from meat and dice into bite-sized pieces. Chop all vegetables to desired size. Mix meat, vegetables, salt, sugar, tapioca; add pepper to taste. Pour V-8 juice over ingredients, covering. Place lid on casserole dish.

Bake at 275°F for 4 hours. Do not uncover while baking. Easy Sunday lunch.
