2 pkgs. Quick Bread Mix (I use date bread)
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 (28 oz.) jar mincemeat
1 c. nuts
2 c. chopped candied fruit

Grease and flour bundt pan or 2 loaf pans. Combine eggs and water, add remaining ingredients, stir well, pour in pan. Bake in 350 degrees for 80 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes.
