NOODLE KUGLE (PUDDING) 
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. raisins
2 or 3 eggs
4 c. cooked broad noodles or 2 1/2 c. noodles
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Cinnamon to taste

Mix eggs, brown sugar, 2 1/2 to 4 cups cooked noodles and 2 1/2 tablespoons butter together. Add raisins. Top with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes in oblong glass baking dish, greased.
