MACREUBEN HOT DISH 
1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked
2 (6 3/4 oz.) cans chunk ham
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimentos
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 c. diced rye bread
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
3 tbsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. shredded cheese

Prepare macaroni and drain, combine macaroni, ham, pimento, and onion. Melt butter and stir in flour. Stir in milk. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, mustard and pepper. Combine cheese sauce with macaroni mixture. Pour half the macaroni into a 3 quart baking dish. Layer with sauerkraut and top with remaining macaroni. Garnish with rye bread. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
