CAULIFLOWER HOT DISH 
1 head cauliflower, separated
2 c. cut up ham cubes
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. corn flakes crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mushrooms, drained
1/3 c. flour
1 c. cubed cheddar cheese

Cook cauliflower until tender, crisp. Drain. Melt four tablespoons butter, add flour and milk slowly to form a white sauce. Cook until thick. Add cheese. Stir in sour cream. Remove from heat. Combine cauliflower, ham and mushrooms. Add to white sauce. Put in casserole. Top with corn flakes and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
