CHICKEN & RICE 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut in bite size pieces
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chopped canned tomatoes, well-drained
1 med. clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning, crushed
Rice, cooked

In skillet, brown chicken. Add soup, tomatoes, garlic and seasoning. Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Uncover; cook to desired consistency. Serve over rice.
