BANANA WALNUT FUDGE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. mashed bananas
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all together in a saucepan. Cook, stirring to a rolling boil, then cook stirring 3 minutes more. Remove from heat; cool 15 minutes without stirring. Beat until thick and creamy. Add 1 cup broken walnuts. Pour into pan and let cool.
