ORANGE WALNUT FUDGE 
3 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp. orange peel

Line an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan with foil so it extends over edges of pan. Butter the foil and set pan aside.

Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa powder into the medium mixing bowl and set aside.

In a small saucepan combine butter and orange peel. Cook over medium heat until just boiling, stirring constantly until butter is melted. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir into powdered sugar mixture and add walnuts, while stirring until mixture is well combined.

Spread fudge into prepared pan. While fudge is warm, score at 1 inch intervals. Chill in refrigerator for foil to lift fudge out of pan, cut into pieces. Transfer to freezer container. Seal. Freeze up to 1 month. Makes 30 pieces (1 1/2 lbs.).
