WALNUT FUDGE FROSTING 
1 stick butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
4 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped walnuts

Combine butter, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and gradually blend in confectioners' sugar. Beat until smooth. Remove from heat, blend in vanilla. Stir in walnuts. Makes 2 1/2 cups, enough to fill and frost 8 inch layer cake.
