MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 envelope dry Lipton onion soup mix
1 tbsp. minced roasted garlic
1 c. Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan/Romano cheese
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs

Can add small pieces of pepperoni for an extra zip!!

Mix all ingredients. Fry in tablespoon of canola oil, then add to sauce.
