PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice
1/2 med. onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 can tomato soup

Combine ground beef, rice and onion with salt and pepper. Shape into balls or patties; arrange in greased baking dish. Cover with soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
