RELISH 
1 (No. 2) 1/2 size can sauerkraut
1 can (1 lb.) La Choy Bean Sprouts
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
2 sticks celery, chopped

Boil 1 cup sugar with 1/2 cup vinegar. Pour over above and let stand for 24 hours. Good on hot dogs.
