SWEDISH TEA WREATH 
Basic Sweet Dough
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. diced mixed candied fruits and peels, raisins, or candied cherries, chopped
Confectioners' Icing
Candied cherries or raisins (optional)
Nuts (optional)

Prepare Basic Sweet Dough. Roll the dough into a 9x13 inch rectangle. Brush with the melted butter. Sprinkle with the 1 1/4 cups diced mixed candied fruits and peels, raisins, or candied cherries. Roll up jelly roll style, starting at the long end. Seal seams. Shape roll into a circle, sealing ends together. Transfer to a greased baking sheet. Using kitchen shears, snip 2/3 of the way through the roll at 1-inch intervals. Turn cut sections one at a time to alternate sides. Let roll rise in a warm place until nearly double, about 30 minutes. Bake roll in a 350 degree oven about 25 minutes or until done.

Transfer bread to a wire rack. Cool. Drizzle with Confectioners' Icing. Garnish with candied cherries or raisins and nuts, if desired. Makes 1 loaf.
