RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter
2 beaten eggs
3 c. rhubarb
1 lg. unbaked pie crust

Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg, and butter. Add eggs. Beat smooth. Pour over rhubarb in large pastry lined pie pan. Top with pastry, cut in fancy shapes. Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, then in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
