RHUBARB SOUR CREAM PIE 
3 c. rhubarb, cut into pieces
1 9" deep dish pie crust
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt
3 tbsp. tapioca
1 c. sour cream

Place rhubarb into unbaked pie shell. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over rhubarb. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.
