RHUBARB CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
3 c. rhubarb; cut 1 inch lengths
Pie crust for bottom layer, 8 or 9 inch pie pan

Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter. Add eggs. Beat until smooth. Mix half of mixture with rhubarb. Put rhubarb in pie shell. Pour remaining mix over rhubarb in pie shell.

Bake: 450 degrees for 10 minutes, 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
