2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs

Mix sugar, eggs and spices. Alternate flour and oil. Pour nuts and apples into this mixture and mix.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
