APPLE NUT CAKE 
1 1/2 cups butter flavored oil (I use a small bottle of butter flavoring, then add enough oil to make up the difference)
2 cups granulated sugar
3 jumbo eggs
3 c. self rising flour
3 c. Granny Smith apples
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix oil, eggs, and sugar until well blended. Slowly add flour. Fold in apples and nuts. Batter will be very thick. Grease and flour a tube pan. Pour batter into it.

Bake at 350 for one hour or until a cake tester inserted in the middle comes out clean.
