2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
5 tbsp. milk
12 marshmallows
Crushed corn flakes

Mix together so as to have a creamy mixture. Roll potato around the marshmallows to make balls. Roll in crushed corn flakes and let stand for 30 minutes to set before cooking. Fry in hot deep fat. Serve hot. Serves 12.
