CHICKEN IN MUSTARD - DILL SAUCE 
8 chicken pieces
2 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/4 c. chicken stock (not bouillon)
1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried

Brown chicken with onions in oil. Mix rest of ingredients; pour over chicken, cover and simmer approximately 40 minutes. Remove chicken. Keep warm. Reduce sauce to consistency of cream. Add dill. Pour over chicken.
