RHUBARB DESSERT 
Line 9 x 13 inch pan with white bread slices, buttered on both sides. Cover with 5 cups cut up rhubarb.

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients. Beat well. Spread over bread crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine and sprinkle over warm dessert. Bake another 15 minutes.
