GERMAN POTATO SALAD (HOT) 
2 lb. sm. potatoes, cooked
6 slices diced bacon
1/2 c. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. flour
4 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/24 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. celery seeds
1/2 c. sliced radishes

Slice potatoes into top of double boiler over hot water simmering. Fry bacon in small skillet until crisp; add and saute 1/2 cup onion until tender. In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, pepper, and salt. Stir in the vinegar and water until smooth. Add to bacon; then simmer, stirring, until slightly thickened. Pour this hot dressing over potatoes. Add the 1/4 cup minced onion, parsley, celery seeds and radishes. 4-6 servings.
