CORN SOUP 
3-4 lbs. cut up chicken breasts, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can chunky mushroom soup
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. diced onion
Cajun seasoning
Salt & pepper

Saute chicken breast in oil for 15 minutes. Sprinkle salt, pepper and cajun seasoning over chicken. Remove, saute potatoes and onion in oil until brown. Remove from heat. Mix chicken, potatoes and onion and above ingredients. Cook 45 minutes. Serve with cornbread.
