POTATO CHEESE PIE 
3 lbs. potatoes
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. Parmesan & Romano cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1 lbs. Mozzarella cheese
Bread crumbs

Boil potatoes with jackets or until tender. Peel and mash. Add butter, milk, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Blend (beat) until creamy and light. Butter pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Arrange half of potatoes, cover with Mozzarella, sliced or grated. Top with remaining potatoes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees. When top is golden brown, it's done!
